Our ISO certified processes include qualification of suppliers, incoming and in-process inspections, automatic optical inspection, planned maintenance, failure analysis, and IPC certified personnel.
Spectra-Tech continues to invest in the latest technology to provide the highest level of accuracy and quality of assembled products. We provide our customers with products and services to meet or exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have developed a Quality Management system which provides the framework for measuring and improving our performance. SMTA Corporate Member:
Spectra-Tech has been an active Corporate Member of the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) since 2006.
RoHS Compliant:
Spectra-Tech offers RoHS compliant processes for manufacturing lead-free assemblies, components, bare PCB and solder.
IPC Standards Compliant:
As an active member of the IPC, Spectra-Tech complies with applicable standards for quality, training and business practices.
IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721, and Program Management Certified:
Spectra-Tech’s production staff is certified to IPC-A-610 for acceptability of electronic assemblies, J-STD-001 for requirements for soldered assemblies, IPC-7711/7721 for Rework / Modifications. Program managers are certified to the IPC CEPM (Certified EMS Program Manager) certification.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified:
Spectra-Tech is certified for “Contract Manufacturing of Circuit Board Assembly” (ANAB accredited). Eagle Registrations, Inc. Registrar.
ISO 13485:2016 Certified:
Spectra-Tech is certified to this internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system specific to the medical devices industry.
